What I Offer

Talking Therapy (Integrative Counselling & CBT)

A safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we gently uncover patterns, process difficulties, and move towards clarity, healing, and change.

1:1 Sound Healing

Personalised sound therapy sessions using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice. These sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release, deep relaxation, and inner balance.

Group Sound Journeys and Corporate Wellness Packages

Shared sound experiences designed to encourage deep rest, connection, and collective healing in a calm, restorative space. Sound journeys along with guided meditations and breath work available for staff wellness.

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy is a deeply restorative practice using vibration, frequency, and intention to bring the body and mind back into balance.

Through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice, sound gently guides you into a relaxed, meditative state where the nervous system can shift into rest and repair. In this space, the mind quietens, the body softens, and natural healing can unfold.

It can also support emotional release, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Benefits of Sound Therapy

Sound therapy may support you by:

Easing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

Supporting depression and emotional heaviness
