Therapy Options

Auralis Wellness

Overview

There are several different ways I can offer therapy, allowing us to tailor support to your individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.

In your initial consultation, we will explore what feels most helpful for you and agree on an approach that supports your wellbeing, comfort, and goals.

Each option is designed to provide the same core foundations:

A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space

A therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding

Support that is paced around you

A blend of CBT, person-centred counselling, and holistic approaches where appropriate

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional counselling with the grounding benefits of being outdoors in nature.

Sessions take place in quiet, natural surroundings such as Burton Village (Wirral / Cheshire West), where we walk side by side at a pace that suits you.

What this includes:

50-minute or 75-minute sessions (longer sessions available on request)

Counselling while walking in a private, natural setting

Flexible pacing with pauses for rest, reflection, or grounding

A confidential and supportive therapeutic space outdoors

Integration of CBT, person-centred therapy, and reflective dialogue

Gentle movement to support emotional regulation and wellbeing

Option to adapt or pause sessions depending on comfort, energy, or weather conditions

This approach can help conversations feel more natural and less intense, while the rhythm of walking often supports emotional release and clarity.

Online Zoom Therapy

Online therapy offers professional counselling from the comfort of your own home or private space, using secure video calls.

What this includes:

50-minute one-to-one video sessions via Zoom

Fully confidential and encrypted connection

Flexible scheduling options

CBT, person-centred counselling, and integrative support

A consistent therapeutic space, regardless of location

Ability to attend sessions without travel or time constraints

Same level of care and depth as in-person therapy

This option is ideal if you value convenience, privacy, or flexibility, or if you are unable to attend in-person sessions.

Telephone Therapy

Telephone counselling offers a simple and accessible way to engage in therapy without video or internet requirements.

What this includes:

50-minute one-to-one sessions via telephone

Complete confidentiality and privacy

No need for internet access or video setup

Support focused purely on voice and conversation

CBT and person-centred therapeutic approaches

Flexibility to attend sessions from a safe and comfortable space

Reduced distractions, allowing deeper reflection for some clients

This can be especially helpful if you prefer not to be on camera or feel more comfortable expressing yourself verbally without visual interaction.

Sound therapy is used for:

What this includes:

Single Session Therapy

Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off therapeutic session designed to support immediate concerns, decisions, or emotional challenges.

It is structured, intentional, and collaborative, helping you gain clarity and direction in a single appointment.

What this includes:

A 50-minute focused therapeutic session

Exploration of one key issue or concern

Clear goal-setting at the start of the session

Practical tools, insight, and emotional support

CBT-informed strategies were appropriate

Space to reflect, process, and identify next steps
