From 17th–20th September, Church Stretton in Shropshire will host the There’s More Gathering, a small, welcoming festival focused on wellness, connection and rest.

With camping, workshops and a variety of activities, there’s plenty on offer over the weekend. Think yoga, stretching, fireside chats, healthy food, sound therapy, drumming and opportunities to connect with like-minded people.

The gathering is alcohol-free and drug-free, creating a space centred around wellbeing, presence and taking some time away from the busyness of everyday life.

I’m really looking forward to being part of the gathering and bringing along all my sound bath equipment to offer a sound journey on Saturday evening.

A chance to slow down, get comfortable and simply be. Allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to wash over you and take you on a deeply relaxing journey.

I’m really looking forward to sharing this experience and being part of what promises to be a beautiful weekend filled with connection, relaxation and good energy.
